Major Shrimp Dip
My mom has a group of friends called "The Lunch Bunch" and one of these friends, passed this dip recipe to me. If you want to have the most loved, completely devoured appetizer at any party, MAKE THIS DIP!
It is not healthy at all. But everyone deserves a little cheat every once in a while. I usually serve this with Bugles Chips (which is very hard to find) but if you want something healthy and not feel super guilty serve with assorted veggies.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of baby shrimp
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 8 oz cream cheese
- a touch of lemon juice
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve with bugle chips and/or veggies!
