Pizza for Everybody

Next time you go grocery shopping grab some basting oil, naan bread (my fav) or little pizza bread and your favorite pizza toppings. Heat the oven to 450 degrees, brush each pizza with oil and add ingredients. Bake for 4-5 minutes and enjoy! 

Some of my favorite toppings are spinach, roasted peppers and sautéed scallions. I combined goat cheese and halved cherry tomatoes on one of them and it was scrumptious. I also scooped a cup of ricotta cheese and mixed it with the zest of a lemon, spread it over the naan and topped spinach on one and sautéed scallions to the other. Those were my favorites! My husband scarfed the roasted tomatoes with dollops of mozzarella cheese in seconds! 

You can do anything you want and  the naan bread or little pizzettes make it perfect to bake together so everyone can enjoy dinner at the same time! 

Dinner that can also be a party appetizer!
