I was a huge skeptic about this product. I even demanded my money back after I received it in a Combo Challenge Pack. Beachbody refunded me my money save shipping and handling and I got to keep the bag.
Later I complained about it during one of my TurboKick classes. A woman asked how I made it and when I told her I just added water she was sincerely grossed out and told me I had to try it again but this time use skim milk and add a tablespoon of peanut butter.
Oh my goodness was she right! It tasted delicious, like drinking a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. And surprise, I wasn't hungry after I drank it. Then I started making the shakes more regularly and noticed some differences. My energy was higher even though there isn't any caffeine in it. My hair and nails were stronger. And I lost weight - when I put on a pair of pants I hadn't worn in five months - they were huge!! Shakeology! Who knew?!!?
