Cardio Core Drill

Each level for 30 seconds. Three sets of 30 seconds. If the first level is challenging enough than do that only, and so forth. This exercise works on your core strength and arms and gets your heart beating real quick. Oh and tuck in your shirt if you have to in the final level!
