Baked Beefsteak Tomatoes
Easiest recipe ever...
Need an easy side dish? Feeling lazy but want to be healthy? This is the summer dish for you!
- Cut a large tomato in half.
- Salt and pepper to taste; about a pinch of each per tomato
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Shake bread crumbs over it (preferably panko)
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese if desired
Bake on a baking sheet at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes then enjoy!
