Savory Strip Steak with Rosemary Plums
- Strip steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Rosemary sprigs
- Salt and pepper
- Brush steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes
- Cut plums into quarters and remove pits.
- Grill everything, turning once until steaks are done. Grill approximately 5 minutes each side depending on their thickness. Lay rosemary sprigs on top of plums.
- Serve together with a fresh green. I served with sugar snap peas that I sautéed with butter and garlic!
