Savory Strip Steak with Rosemary Plums

  • Strip steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Plums
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Brush steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.  Let sit for 5 minutes
  2. Cut plums into quarters and remove pits.
  3. Grill everything, turning once until steaks are done. Grill approximately 5 minutes each side depending on their thickness. Lay rosemary sprigs on top of plums.
  4. Serve together with a fresh green. I served with sugar snap peas that I sautéed with butter and garlic!
